Little Hearts Preschool takes photos/videos of school events in order to document the year for our families and for promotional purposes. Because donations are an integral part of the annual income of Little Hearts Preschool, we regularly send updates and pictures of school events depicting our students and their activities to our donors and sponsoring organizations to remain connected to them.

Parent Contract*
In consideration of the goals, commitment, standards and facilities of Little Hearts Pre School, hereafter called the School, we the undersigned partner with the school agree to enroll the student(s) listed above at the School for the year indicated, subject to the following agreement:
1. Personal Information – We declare that all information given is correct and complete, and that we are obliged to inform the school of any changes. In the event of any injury or damage resulting from failure to disclose accurate information, all responsibility is assumed by the parent.
2. Financial
  1. We understand that it is our responsibility to provide our child with materials, etc. as required by the school for our child’s use. A separate list will be provided.
  2. We are responsible for and agree to pay the non-refundable Registration/Re Enrolment Fees for each child enrolled as per Schedule of Fees as published by the School for the year indicated.
  3. We are obliged to make all payments on time. We agree to pay the tuition per Schedule of Fees published by the School for the year indicated, in one annual payment by September 1st, or in 11 equal payments with written confirmation from the administration. (The payment amount will be computed by the school in accordance with the Schedule of Fees and provided to the parent.) We will pay the first instalment by the first day of August, and each succeeding month, with the final payment made on the first day of June of the school year indicated, unless agreed upon otherwise with the administration.
  4. We agree to pay a late fee of 50 NIS if our tuition/fees account is not current on the 5th of each month. (PLEASE NOTE: Payments are DUE ON THE FIRST of each month. If payment has not been RECEIVED by the 5th of the month, the late fee is automatically charged to your account on the 6th.)
  5. We agree to pay a returned item fee of 20 NIS for each check or automatic deposit returned unpaid by the bank.
  6. Past Due Accounts: A student may not attend classes if any required payment becomes more than 20 days past due, unless satisfactory arrangements have been made with the school for correcting the default. A transcript of a student’s academic record cannot be released until all accounts, academic and non-academic, are paid in full.
  7. Student Withdrawals and Temporary Absences: We understand that if a student is withdrawn for any reason, a withdrawal penalty is charged. Withdrawal for the following year before June 30th will incur no fee (except for the non-refundable registration fee). Withdrawal from July 1-August 31 will incur a 3,500NIS fee. Withdrawal from September 1-October 31 a 5,000NIS fee. Withdrawal November 1-December 31 a 6,000NIS fee. Any withdrawal from January 1 will incur a penalty of 10,000NIS. The withdrawal penalty is non-negotiable and an inseparable part of the Parent Contract and registration agreement. No credit is given for temporary absences, family vacations, or travel. Refunds are subject to policy set by the Board of Directors.
  8. The regulations and requirements, including tuition and fees, are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
3. Cooperation – We support and pledge our full cooperation to the school and its rules, goals, and commitment. We agree to support the guidelines and policies set forth by the school.
4. Transportation – We are responsible for arranging transportation to and from school at the contracted times and to ensure our child(ren) is/are not on the School premises outside these times. The School does not have responsibility for your child on the way to or from school.
5. Health and Wellness – We commit to send our child to school every day unless prevented by illness. We are obligated to inform the school of any illness.
6. Instruction – We understand and agree that our child will receive a Bible based education.
Liability Waiver – I, the undersigned, as the parent or legal guardian of the above registered child do hereby give my full consent and approval for my child to participate in activities at Little Hearts Preschool (Reg 580509305). I understand that there are certain risks of play that may result in damages and injuries in the participation of my child during activities and I hereby accept these risks on behalf of my child. I hereby certify that my child is fully capable of participating in all activities both indoors and outdoors on the playground and that my child is healthy and has no unknown/hidden physical or mental disabilities or infirmities that would restrict his/her full participation in such activities.

I hereby, for myself and on behalf of my child, agree to save and hold harmless and fully indemnify Little Hearts Preschool (Reg 580509305) Management and Staff, on the account that all normal safety procedures have been taken on behalf of Management and Staff, from any and all liability for any personal injury or injury to any third-party child resulting from my child’s actions/participation in the above-mentioned activities. I hereby release Little Hearts Preschool (Reg 580509305) and its entire staff from any and all liability, on the account that all normal safety procedures have been taken on behalf of Management and Staff, for any injuries that my child may sustain as a result of any activities taken place at the above-mentioned locations during the designated daycare hours for the duration of my child’s time enrolled at Little Hearts Preschool (Reg 580509305)..
